Almost every item we sell has three price points. One for a single piece, one for a pack of 5 and one for a pack of 100. First, we want you to know that the price for one is very high. Quite simply, going to get one of an item to pack for an order is simply too labor intensive for us to bother. If you really need one, you can buy it, but you will be spending too much. Usually, 3 at the "each" price equals the price of a 5-pack.
The price for 100 is, naturally, less than the price for 20 5-packs. Our hardware and fasteners are sold in pre-packs. We have the factory package in 100 packs (or 1000 packs for small fasteners), and can offer you the best price on that quantity. When you order a 5 pack, we hand count out of 100 packs, therefore, there is a slightly greater charge than for the 100 packs. We regret that we cannot offer lower pricing on uneven quantities (like 120) as it doesn't negate the need for us to manually break down 100 packs.
Minimum Orders: Your total shopping cart, with shipping, must be at least $25.00. We're sorry, but we cannot process orders under $25.00 via our on-line system. You can, however, send a money order for smaller orders, and that option is on the shopping cart under payment methods. <top>
Shipping Time: Orders received by noon eastern time are shipped the same day. After noon, the following business day. We rarely have back-orders, but if we do, we'll let you know. <top>
Credit Card "Name": Your credit card will read "Leather Creations", as will your shopping cart. We are wholly owned by Leather Creations. <top>
Shipping Prices: Our cart is currently set up to estimate freight. We regret we cannot provide exact shipping costs in the cart, as we sell leather goods under the same cart, and leather products very in weight each time an item is made. Therefore, your freight estimate may be off. We charge only the actual UPS or Mail charges that we pay, plus 75 cents per order for packing materials. We often ship Priority Mail flat rate, which will usually be a bargain if your order will fit in the required US Postal Service boxes. If you need exact charges before shipping (for business purposes, or other reason), simply say so in your comments box, which appears during check out. We will email you a freight quote, and hold your order out of the system until you accept the rate. <top>

Hours: Our hours are (all Eastern Time) Tuesday & Wednesday 10-8, Thursday & Friday 10-4
We work a lot more than that, but to enable us to have sufficient time to actually produce the other items we sell, we are available those hours to take your calls. <top>
Returns: Returns are gladly accepted on all goods. We do not want, and don't have, unhappy customers. Phone for an R/A number (instructions will be in your box). Any packages returned without an R/A number will be refused at our dock or post office. If a product was shipped by us in error, we will refund your cost of return freight and ship the correct merchandise at our expense. If you wish to return for other reasons, we will gladly refund the merchandise costs.
