Pricing and Quantity discount: Almost every item we sell has five price points. One for a single piece, one for a pack of 10, one for a pack of 50, one for a pack of 100 and one for a full case. First, we want you to know that the price for one is very high. Quite simply, going to get one of an item to pack for an order is simply too labor intensive. If you really need one, we offer it. The price for 100 is, naturally, less than the price for 10 10-packs. Our hardware and fasteners are sold in pre-packs. We have the factory package in 50 packs, and provide an additional discount if you order 100. When you order a 10 pack, we hand count out of 50 packs, therefore, there is a slightly greater charge than for the 50 packs. We regret that we cannot offer lower pricing on uneven quantities (like 120) as it doesn't negate the need for us to manually break down 50 packs.
Shipping Time: Orders received by 9:00 am eastern time are shipped the same day. After 9:00, the following business day. We rarely have back-orders, but if we do, we'll let you know. Our system sends automated emails to keep you informed.
Credit Card "Name": If you choose credit card payment at check out (you can also choose PayPal), then your credit card will read "pp-JandJEnterprises", We are wholly owned by J and J Enterprises.
Shipping Prices: Our cart is currently set up to estimate freight. We regret we cannot always provide exact shipping costs in the cart, as we sell leather goods under the same cart, and leather products very in weight each time an item is made. Therefore, while the shipping cost shown is usually correct, there are times when we must make an adjustment. We charge only the published FedEx or Mail charges. We often ship Priority Mail flat rate or regional rate, which will usually be a bargain if your order will fit in the required US Postal Service boxes. If you need exact charges before shipping (for business purposes, or any other reason), simply say so in your comments box, which appears during check out. We will email you a freight quote, and hold your order out of the system until you accept the rate.
|Returns: Returns are gladly accepted on all goods. We do not want, and don't have, unhappy customers. Just get an R/A number (instructions will be in your box). Any packages returned without an R/A number will be refused at our dock or post office. If a product was shipped by us in error, we will refund your cost of return freight and ship the correct merchandise at our expense. If you wish to return for other reasons, we will gladly refund the merchandise costs. |
Shortage / Damage: All claims for shortage or damage must be made within five days of your receipt of your package. If your package was damaged in transit, please include a photo of the package, including the label on the package. You can use our contact page to reach us. We cannot (as our insurance carrier will not) accept claims for damage or shortage after five days of receipt. Please open and check your shipment on receipt.
Errors: Like any other computer system, sometimes things go awry. Therefore we reserve the right to apply the current pricing to any item ordered. The price listed on this site is not guaranteed to be the current price. In the event of a discrepamcy you will be contacted before shipment. Less legally: if we have made a small error in pricing we will always honor the lower of the correct current price or the price shown on the site. However, a major database error could, for example, list a case for less than the cost of 10 pieces, or some other equally dramatic error. We reserve the right to correct these errors, but will always tell you if the correct price is higher than shown before any charges are made.
